'We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. 'Our stay at Gateway was amazing! The resort location is perfect and there is an hotel shuttle that can bring you to the nearest beaches at almost anytime. The service was excellent. 'We had a lovely two-night stay. The staff were amazing, always friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, and although the property is slightly dated, the facilities were great. The food was excellent and varied each day. Our child loved Ollie’s Club with its fun activities and movies. The pools and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and the staff were so accommodating, even giving us a late checkout and buggy rides when it rained. Overall, a wonderful stay!

'De kamer was goed, prachtige locatie. Helaas was er ook een bruiloft midden op het zwembad terrein wat een ongemakkelijk gevoel gaf om te blijven en gebruik te maken van de faciliteiten. We zijn daarom eerder vertrokken.'
