'This was my second time staying with this host at different properties, and none fail to have everything you need. I stayed here for a week and it was fantastic. The apartment is right above Tangled Roots in Washington Square, a beautiful historic area full of character. Everything was clean, comfortable, and modern while still feeling unique. 'I stayed 4 nights. This is great little apartment that is great for single person. Very clean. There is a frat house a couple doors down but they were only loud early in the evening and I had no issues sleeping Parking was easy. I parked in front of the house and felt very safe and comfortable '

'This is our 4th or 5th stay at one of Matthew’s properties and our experience was as we have come to expect. His properties are comfortably furnished, clean, and consistent with their descriptions. We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently.
