'Leuk hotel, rechtstreeks aan het strand, maar een beetje vergane glorie. Hotel is aan het einde van het eiland Tortola. Dus lange taxirit naar luchthaven en Road Town. Tortola zelf stelt niet veel voor. Op de BVI moet je echt gaan zeilen anders is er verder niets te beleven.'

'Fort Recovery is an authentic, adorable villa with all the basics. We spent our days out exploring Tortola and the other islands and returned to FR in the evenings for sunsets on the balcony or sitting on the beach. We had all the equipment we needed to cook breakfast each day. I'd recommend having a rental car if you stay here - there are no options for restaurants within walking distance. Take a quick drive to Sopers Hole where you'll find all you need. '

'Just returned from a wonderful week at Fort Recovery Beachfront Villas … This property is located on the quiet side of Tortola with spectacular views of St John. Ourwas spotless, comfortable, and steps from the beach. The grounds and pool were clean and clear despite some very windy conditions. All of our questions were answered during booking, we were assisted in boat charter, groceries and our host was so welcoming.This home is gorgeous, inside and out! Plenty of room for four adults and I still think about the lanai and private beach.The location is perfect for visiting the east and west side of the island.We'll be back!'
