'Clean room, friendly staff '

'Check in was 4. We arrived after 4 and room was not ready. We and many other guests sat around a crowded entrance waiting with our luggage for our rooms to be cleaned. We had 2 double beds one of which was broken. The ro was really sub standard and poorly maintained lots of thick silicone caulking around sink and toilet. Just disappointing. The exit door would not close and stayed open al the time we were there in very cold weather. We left early and glad to be back home. The food in the...

'The hotel was clean, comfortable beds and bedding. Staff were very friendly. Location was perfect for us. would stay there again! '

'The tv, internet and little plug in heater for the room didn’t work. It took about 15 minutes to get some warm water for a shower and the breakfast was not fit. I stayed here because I was In a pinch but I’ll sleep in my vehicle next time.'

'Front desk lady was great at our late check in! This hotel is old and in need of TLC but rooms were fairly clean. Room took awhile to warm up though and mold in the shower stall. Another colleague said her room had bed bugs and another colleagues heater didn’t work in her room. We have stayed here a lot in the past for work but it seems really run down now. '
