'Hello, the reason I am taking time to do this review is because I feel completely ignored when I complained of how loud and bad the room was. We where told the hotel was sold out. For 2 nights after a long travel we where not able to sleep. I was denied the opportunity to speak to a manager. When I contacted Expedia and explained it took time for them to help. 'This is one of the quietest resorts I have been to. Our room was in building 6, a botanical room. We had a slight view of the ocean water, but a green, tropical view nonetheless. We didn't care about the view because we spent little time in our room. The room bath towels were scratchy. I wish they had been as soft as the towels for the pool and beach.
