This property feels more like a restaurant than a hotel. The pool area is mostly reserved for the on-site restaurant, and had only four lounge chairs around the pool. This made it awkward especially on busy weekends when we just wanted to relax and be by the pool.
Check-in was frustrating as no one was at the front desk and we never received the access code or room number. Restaurant staff had to call someone to assist us at the bar. We also saw others struggling with the same issue during our stay.
The front desk was unattended most of the time. It was difficult to get towels or any help. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not guest-focused. I would not recommend this hotel.
