'I found the toilet had not been thoroughlyu cleaned, and small bits of fecal matter stuck to thesides of the stool. Could have been easily cleaned with a swish from toilet brush. Alsdo, bathroom sink faucet handle came off first time I used it because the set screw in back was loose, and needed tightening. No big deal, but my plumbing tools are at home. Other than that, things wsere great.'

'The room was ok. One lamp did not have a light bulb and the tv did not work but they came a fixed that. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. There was only one kleenex in our tissue box. The thermostat at 70 was very warm but at 69 it was very cold. '

'Leuke accommodatie voor een nacht in Sioux Falls. De Falls zelf vielen wat tegen, echt een aangelegd park, een prachtige kathedraal (wel een flinke klim) qua hotel is het prima. Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! '

Nice room with great blackout curtains, robes, bedding. Our end room included a large living space separate from sleeping area. 2 couches, sink, small refrigerator, water provided, coffeemaker. 'This place was horrible! Staff at front was ok, but the hotel was in bad shape. The room was terrible, floors and walls marked and stained, furniture looked like came from the dump.
