The Nest | Seaside Cottage for Two in Wells-Next-The-Sea

The Nest is a comfortable and cosy space perfect for couples exploring Wells and the wider Norfolk area. The property features a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a small kitchenette and outdoor seating. Only a 10-minute walk to Wells Quay filled with shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlours and more.

Parking is available on the property’s driveway.


THE SPACE

The Nest is a 1-bedroom annex attached to a family home. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and W/C and a small kitchenette area just outside of the bedroom. The kitchenette area is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and kitchenware. The bedroom also includes a table with seating for two and a flat screen TV with DVD player. Wi-Fi is provided.

Property access is via its own separate entrance so guests may arrive and depart at their leisure. This entrance leads onto a hallway, which is occasionally used by the owners to access their studio (the owner is an artist). The Nest's private accommodation and facilities are upstairs. Outside there is a table and chairs for two, it's a great place to relax on a summers evening!

There is a sheltered private parking space in the carport.

Really enjoyed staying at the property. Ideal for a couple, very comfortable and a great location for exploring Wells and the surrounding areas. The off street parking is a bonus.

Annex attached to lovely house. Kitchen amenities limited, no cooker or hob. Otherwise comfortable. Owners very helpful when there was a problem with hot water. Attempted to remedy this immediately.

Perfect little Nest

Cosy room for two
The room was lovely, the only quibble was that it was next to one of the main roads in to Wells, so it could get a little noisy at busy times. It was in a good position for walking to the shops and seafront, with a nice welcoming pub around the corner. Parking at the property meant that we could leave the car in a secure place, not having to worry about it. We would definitely consider booking this property again.

Wonderful little property in Wells, all attractions within walking distance.
We stayed here for three nights. We chose the location because we could walk to the main attractions that Wells has to offer. The property is lovely. It's small - the kitchenette is just a sink, microwave and fridge, basically - so don't expect to cook a Sunday roast! But why would you when you have so many lovely restaurants and pubs within a few minutes walk. The property comprises of a very comfortable bed room (with a small table and chairs), and well equipped shower room, We met the host and her husband, and their two lovely labradors. Very nice people (and dogs!). Highly recommended as a base for exploring Wells and North Norfolk.

Too pricey for what it offered
Good place but not really fully self catering as Minimal kitchen, no lounge area and close to the road which was fine at night but noisy on day time. Location good for Wells and great many pubs around.
