You'll find this condo in Wellington Manor, a quaint complex that sits half a mile from the heart of Wells. Spend your days kayaking and sunbathing at Drake's Island Beach (two miles east), walking the nature trails at Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge (two miles northeast), and perusing dozens of antique shops on Wells' stretch of Route 1.

Begin each morning in the air-conditioned kitchen and dining space, where you can flip pancakes on the stove, pack up a few beach snacks, and bring your coffee outside to the adjacent screened porch. When you've had your fill of sun and sand for the day, you can swim in the community pool (open from Memorial Day to the day after Columbus Day), play a few games of nine-ball at the clubhouse, and relax at home in the company of free WiFi, a flatscreen cable TV, and a DVD player.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
