We were here in January 2026 to have a belated Xmas celebration! Hot tub was a huge hit during the snowstorm! Kitchen was perfect to prepare a big dinner for our group of 11. Beds were super comfy!

Beautiful spacious home! We stayed with 10 adults, and there was plenty of room for all of us to be together or to be apart. The bedrooms were beautiful and bright and airy. Since the house was raised up, there’s a lot of parking underneath the house and to the side. The hot tub is the nicest one I have ever seen in my life, it is so beautiful! The property owner was super kind and fast with communication. We had a few questions when we first arrived, and he answered them promptly. We needed batteries for the remotes, he had them delivered a few hours later. Very responsive and clear communications.Beware of the upstairs bathroom, there is a button on the handheld showerhead that is used for washing the tub, but many people ended up power washing themselves instead. Ha ha ha this home was everything that we needed to have a relaxing, place for friends to gather! We will definitely be booking this place again, it was perfect!

The house was great, it was walking distance to the beach and a perfect spot for my friends. The rooms are small but not cramped, and there were a number of sitting areas for hanging out. It was very clean, and the sweet owners left a celebratory bottle of champagne! A great spot for a beach weekend. My one note to other guests would be that the beds in the twin bunk bed room are not adult sized (possibly my own misunderstanding). They are probably about 5’6” judging by my own wingspan, so we could not have anyone sleep there as planned.

We had a great time, and the layout works well for groups with kids. The two separate living spaces on the ground floor allow the kids to spend time in one and adults to enjoy themselves in the other. Easy walk to the beach. I don't recall the limitations of Moody beach being detailed in the reservation, but we had a good time.

This is our second stay at this home. It has recently been raised more than six feet off the ground, making the raised deck quite comfortable for a barbeque, or to just sit outside and enjoy the breeze and sound of the sea in one direction, and the visual beauty of the estuary in the other. All in all it has been the perfect place for our family of 10.

Très beau séjour familial à Wells. La maison a toutes les commodités. Le seul bémol est que le ménage n’était pas encore fait à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire s’en est occupé rapidement.

Nous avons vécu un magnifique séjour avec 12 membres de notre famille (4 Grands-parents et les familles de nos deux enfants et leurs conjointes et nos 4 petits-enfants de 5 à 10 ans.)Nous avons grandement apprécié l’environnement de la maison malgré des rénovations majeures dont on nous avait informé.C’était très propre et bien aménagé et beaucoup d’espace pour manger tous ensemble et aussi par moment se retrouver seul ou par petit groupe.Beaucoup de facilités dans la maison. Le spa a été très agréable.C’est donc un endroit que nous recommandons fortement.

Gal pals yearly weekend

With the youngest being 60 and the oldest 81 we were happy to have the living area on the bottom floor. The only concern we had was that neither the porches nor the deck where the trash barrels are were shoveled which made things a little precarious. But that did not diminish the pleasurable weekend we had. So many bedrooms allowed most of us to have our own room! There was a bottle of bubbly waiting as a Welcome. All in all, it was a delightful weekend!

Thanksgiving and family wedding

This house more than accommodated our family of 13 for Thanksgiving and an intimate wedding. The table was big enough to sit everyone for dinner and games. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and had a real coffee maker. The beach was a short walk and the area is really nice. We didn’t run into any issues during our stay.
