This was the perfect cottage for my husband, son and I! It was beautiful, cozy and had all that we needed. We loved how accessible it was, to everything we wanted to do nearby. The pool was also a huge plus. We will look forward to booking again!

Great family friendly cottage

Our family with two young daughter's enjoyed our stay at Julie and Derek's cottage. The Beach Dreams complex was great, we enjoyed the pools and clubhouse as well as the beaches nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Ogunquit restaurants as well. Our daughter's were very comfortable in their bunkbeds, and my wife and I were able to enjoy the sunroom during the day and at night. Definitely recommend staying here!

The house is lovely with beautiful beach decor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great. It was a good location, a short ride to ogunquit. We enjoyed some evening swims in the pool. Overall we had a fantastic time.

Stayed for 10 nights, like we do every summer vacation. First time at Beach Dreams. Love the quiet, private pool and how central it was to everything. Hosts were very attentive and responsive. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The community was friendly and well maintained. The cabin was right on the tennis courts which did get used after dusk a few times and was located at the very very back of the property. The hosts were responsive and great at communicating.

Our stop at Beach Dreams was the perfect location to break up our trip home between Acadia and Connecticut. We enjoyed all the amenities of condo living and the surrounding area. So much to do and see! We loved Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and most enjoyable!

Great Cozy Cottage

Our stay at this cottage was perfect. Well appointed, plenty of room inside and out for our group of 4, easy to find and great communication with our host! The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars on location/neighborhood is that we were a bit surprised by its proximity to its neighbors. But it was very quiet and the proximity turned out to be nothing! Super great rental overall!

Perfect Summer Getaway!

Had a wonderful stay at Beach Dreams with my 3 daughters. The property was very charming, and more than equipped for all our needs. Everything was as described and shown in the listing, and even better in person! Julie and Derek were excellent hosts, not only reaching out to wish us a great stay, but were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. We enjoyed some pool/hot tub time, and took advantage of the proximity to the Wells, Ogunquit and York areas while we were there. I highly recommend this particular property, we had a blast and will absolutely stay here again someday.

Good location!

Beach dreams cottage was a great launching spot for our trip to Wells/Ogunquit area. Very quick drive to the area beaches (Moody closest - 2 miles ) and having the pool available was key for our kids to use after spending time at the beach. The cottage had all the basic amenities needed. It was cozy and comfortable, overall clean. I may be particular, but I would have preferred a bit more detail to cleaning since it's not a huge space (I noticed dust/dirt on porch baseboards, dusty window blinds, the AC unit dusty). The hosts were very attentive and communicative and offered a lot of helpful tips. We would definitely consider booking again for a future trip!

A+ experience!

This rental is exactly what we expected from the photos and description. Once there, the beach decor and Julie’s thoughtful touches made us feel immediately comfortable. We had two 13 year old boys with us who loved their bunk beds. The community is safe and they enjoyed their freedom to venture from our unit to go hang out biking, swimming, and playing basketball. They even met girls their age in the pool. The location is an easy bike ride to the Footbridge Beach and into Ogunquit (it’s almost faster bc of the traffic back up on route 1). We will definitely come back next summer!

Great Vacation Spot

This had everything we needed in a place! Having a washer and drier was awesome when traveling with a toddler!! The kitchen was fully equipped and plenty of towels for shower, pool and the beach! It was also great to have the chairs and toys for the beach and not having to worry about packing that kind of stuff. The drive to the beach wasn't that bad, sometimes there would be a lot of traffic built up but either direction you take out you can find a road leading to it. Everyone we ran into was super friendly, the people in the cottage next to us suggested we go to Perkins Cove to walk Marginal Way. We loved it so much we did it twice! All of us had such a great time, our daughter (just turning 2), had so much fun going to the ocean for the first time. Definitely A vacation to remember, highly suggest for people of all ages!!
