I liked the proximity to local shops and they were within walking distance the elevator was a little weird i would push go down but i took me up to grab someone from a level or 2 above me then went down

セントラル駅やフェリーターミナルまで徒歩で行く事ができ、周辺にお店やレストランも多く、便利でした。 ホテルは表通りがグランドフロア、裏通りが３階と高さが異なります。フロントは３階にあり、最初は少し分かりづらいかもしれません。 部屋は広く、清潔で、コーヒーなどの飲み物も充実していて、キッチンもあり簡単な料理はできる環境でした。（私は料理はしませんでした）

Upon arrival, our room had not been cleaned, so we were offered an free upgrade which we were very grateful for. Our original room was a queen, and I would not recommend that for backpackers, you would be better off staying at a hostel, it was very small and didnt have much of a kitchen and had no view. Our upgraded room was very spacious, however the couch was covered in stains, the coffee table was broken, there was a bowl of flour in one of the kitchen draws, the shower drain was clogged/blocked with thick black hair and there was black hair in the toilet as well. The lady at reception was helpful in assisting with the upgrade, however, at the end of our stay, I found it hard to find any information about the checkout process. The location was great, however, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was run down with peeling paint, broken blind, blown light bulbs. The bed cover was faded and pilled and the towels very worn and grey. There is no phone in the room. I asked reception to order a taxi for the morning and they didn't book it. This meant I was in danger of missing my flight.

Simple, clean, very comfy bed!!!! Major bus stop is right outside, including a stop for the airport bus. Only complaints are that there were no facecloths provided, and the lack of a towel rail/hook in the bathroom, or anywhere to put toiletries in the bathroom.

Really missed things like flannel, shower cap, pen or paper. On the last morning (stayed three days) there was no hot water for shower until after 8.30am when it was too late for me to make use of it. Roman blind was broken and hung badly.

Room was not as advertised, cups etc were dirty, we were not contacted about a scheduled power outage so our check in time was later wasting our time. Emails with pictures of complaints were ignored.

Comfortable bed, clean room, not noisy. Could do with better signage, especially in the lifts, regarding which floors reception and access to Lambton Quay and The Terrace are on. Took a while to work out, initially. Water pressure in shower a little low, but that's just a personal preference, may not worry others.

Front desk is courteous. Room is decent eventhough it was pricey. Room should have a sofa ( bed for extra guest) instead they have given two single sofa. I have book for a 6 nights stay however i need to cut it short for 4 nights due to an emergency. They promised to check with the manager for a refund but ended up waiting for their call that it wasnt gonna happen. I did ring the front desk and just told me it not refundable and kinda mad that i did follow up the refund. Not recommended to stay in this property in the future.

The room is basic but it’s actually got everything we needed. A king bed, tv, lamps, jug and tea/coffee and soap/bodywash. Perfect location for anything happening at the Stadium, only a walk away. We were in town for a concert and the location couldn’t have been any better

Not great being told told that room was not ready to come back in an hour. Retur ed after 2 hours the room still was not ready and to wait for a phone call when it would be. Recieved text message at 8pm that evening to say the room was ready.

Check-in was at 3pm but the room was not ready, staff couldn't tell us when it would be available. When I did get into my room there were still dirty dishes in the sink. Stains on the top cover of the bed. When I notified the reception they did nothing to rectify the situation. The dirty dishes werestill there when I checked out. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Wasn't very clean and quite noisy. It was NY eve but the building creaked a lot and unfortunately we were evacuated at 5.30am so not much sleep was had!! Great location and price but cleanliness not great.

Disappointing
While the hotel is extremely central, the Lambton Quay access into the hotel wasn't working. The person on the desk had to come down several flights to let us in as we explained we couldn't easily walk up to the Terrace entrance after hours with our bags. The room was clean but very cramped and the aircon very noisy throughout the night.
