'There were a lot of people appearing to live there. There were lights not working in public bathroom and the door to the stall hanging by the hinges. Lots of people slamming doors at night and the smell of pot permeated the hall. Had gone down a lot since previous stays'

'We were not happy about the cleanliness of the room as housekeeping left a dirty towel in the bathroom and when we went up to the front desk they told us they would take care of it right away. We went to a concert and came back to the same dirty towel being in our bathroom.
