'Rooms were very clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and it was a great location. I had booked several rooms for family to stay in for graduation and ended up with one too many and both Expedia and Amanda at the Hampton were very helpful in canceling the one room and ensuring that I still had the others to use. Everyone from check-in to breakfast staff to check-out were very friendly, courteous and helpful. And, believe me we were a handful!'

'The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.'

'The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean but had an off smell and a few sticky spots on the carpet. But nothing we couldn't handle. The breakfast was good too. Unfortunately the pool was down and that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. It didn't say anything on the site when we booked about the pool being down. That would have been super helpful. But overall a good stay.'

'Lighting wasn’t great. Especially if putting on makeup. Vending machine is drinks only. They sell some snacks but not anything great. Tub was chipped which always grosses me out. Bed was AWFUL. Terrible pillows, terrible mattress. But for a cheap motel, I didn’t feel like there were bugs or anything ridiculously unclean. Just not glorious.'

'The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. '

'Staff was incredibly friendly; however, the bathroom smelled like urine and the room looked run down. The beds are full size, not queen. Breakfast consisted of two cereal options and bread. The room came in clutch during a busy weekend in Jonesboro, but it’s not somewhere I plan on staying again. Again, the staff was very friendly, but the condition of the property and amenities overshadowed that.'

'I was impressed with this property. It was reasonably priced so I didn’t have high expectations, but the property well exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Perfect to stay with a pet, although there was no evidence of prior pets. The HVAC system took a little trial and error, but I was able to get the temperature comfortable.'

'Found bugs in the bed and stains on the sheets. The door lock was broken and the room smelled awful. Two small pillows for the king sized bed. Photos attached. The building is run down and the carpet is ripped in multiple places. There was a sign on the desk that they hold a $60 cash only deposit upon check-in as well. Expedia I wouldnt offer this hotel on your site. '
