Appartementen in Weehawken

'We were a family of five so there was lots of space for us. It was nice to stay up a bit later and have kids go to sleep in the bedroom. Host’s communication was excellent. Check in was fairly easy. The entry to the building and stairwell were very underwhelming and you have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. The unit was as it is described and is older. Some of the trim needs to be painted or replaced. Mixed area nearby with a rec centre and lots of coffee shops and delis.'

'This place was a good find in NYC. You are located in Hell’s Kitchen, a solid 10 blocks away from Times Square, so just know that before you go. Being on the second floor this place is very loud. You will get the sounds and lights of NYC being directly next to the Lincoln Tunnel. Tons of traffic, honks, police sirens and people at all hours of the night coming and going. Host is excellent communicator and we were able to leave our stuff in room a couple hours before check in. The place was also...

'The unit itself is great and very clean. My main complaint was with the check in process. We didn’t have our check in information until an hour before our check in time. This is a major issue especially with a long day of travel. Once we got the information everything went smoothly but it was very stressful leading up to that time.'

'When I booked this location, I was skeptical because there was only one review. By the time we arrived, there were multiple, positive reviews. The host is very communicative and we appreciated the clear directions how to to enter the property. We had five people in our group and everyone was comfortable. It's a great location- easy to walk to tourist locations and easy to walk to the subway. This location has all of the amenities we needed and there were plenty of sheets, blankets and...

'I personally will not book with this host again. Our reservation was for Sunday 9/20-9/24. We were told someone would reach out to us to set up key hand off between 3-3:30 for a 4pm check in. Never heard from anyone. After traveling all day and lugging our luggage through the rain, we were ready to lay down. 4pm we finally hear from someone that the property booked had water damage and we couldn’t stay there. We definitely should’ve been notified of this sooner; even if they were attempting to...

'Location is great. Check in and out was seamless. '

'Decent space , unique checkin process, overall ok place'

'Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again.'
