'Hotel was clean. Mary at Front Desk was very friendly. She assigned me Toom 103. Toilet didn't flush. Did realize it till about 130. No front desk staff avl. Apparently I believe he was sleeping in another area. English was horrible. He told me maintenance was not in. I told him I knew that and asked for a plunger. He came and tried to plunge it didn't work, also the door didn't stay closed if it was just I asked him if he had another room. Sa8d no. I said I cannot keep a room where toilet...

'I wish I would have known this was a pet-friendly hotel. I'

'Was assigned a room on the 4th floor. Major construction going on. Doors off many of the room stacked in the hall . Painters painting rooms. Had to walk over their drop clothes to get to our room. Horrible paint fumes. Why would they put customers in the middle of this mess? Insisted and received a different room. The alternate room couldn’t see out the windows due to construction material stack up outside in front if the window. Beware major renovations going on.'
