'First off, I would like to say the staff at this property are doing the best they can with what they’ve been given. This hotel is the most run down property I’ve stayed at. You can only do so much to tidy up a place when that is so obviously in need of repair. Also, for some reason the roughness of the property has seemed to draw a rough crowd. Loud verbal fights between guests were common in common areas, and an unhoused man raided the breakfast buffet during the stay of one of our party the...

'We arrived late on Friday and they did not have our room. We waited an hour to actually get a room (at 1 am) and they finally got us one. When we went to the room the keys didn't work, this happened 3 different times. By this time it was 2 am. We finally got into our room and the pull out couch bed was broken. It was a total disaster and it smelled. The next morning they did move us to a better room but overall it was smelly and not a good experience at all.'

'The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and with no places around to eat. They don't offer complimentary toothpaste. You have to buy it from them. I spent $20 ubering water and toothpaste for myself. I ended up going to bed hungry because I couldn't even get ubereats within reasonable timeframe.'

'We stayed in a handicapped room. It was very spacious for people who has wheelchair. We just wish they have a chair for handicapped in the bathroom. The staff was nice and their breakfast was good. My husband and I have been booking in different hotels for 2 months now. We are from DE, and he had PT &OT in DC once a week 2 days in a row. We liked this hotel since its very accessible, closer to DC and it fits our needs. This is our second time and in about 2 weeks , we will be coming back...

'The rooms were not properly cleaned before arrival. The towels weren’t restocked completely for the little that was cleaned. The only thing truly good about it was the location. The toilet barely flushed. The hot tub in the room was disappointing. The ironing board was warped and broken. The soap and shampoo they give you as a courtesy destroyed my skin.'

'Best Western is a good budget friendly hotel. I loved that there was a desk and office chair, so I could get some work done. The staff were also helpful when I needed help.'
