'The highway can be heard from the south side and First Quality Paper factory can be heard from the North. Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival. Also, the "air conditions" are evaporative (really just humidifiers) and don't really provide any cooling.'

'We were attending our nephew's graduation from Penn State, and this property was available and within range for the events we needed to attend. It was very clean and a nice set up for my husband and me. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the king-sized bed was nice to have. The set up is an 'apartment' that used to be office space. Very private and easy to find. Thanks so much for the stay!'

'Really a nice, clean, updated cabin with close access to a beautiful stretch of water (Little Pine Creek) and a beautiful 20 minute drive to the entrance to Pine Creek Valley and many other creeks that feed it. Lovely fishing, landscapes, birding. Really comfortable cabin. Looking forward to our next visit.'

'Our group had a great time at Barry's place on the Pine Creek. It was clean and had everything we needed. The creek was in good shape and as a group we caught and missed up to 20 fish. At least half of them right off the creek in back of the cabin. Two of our group have been fishing the creek for over 20 year and this was one of their best experiences. We'll definitely be back next year.'

'Communication was prompt before our stay. The property worked just fine for our hunting trip. Instructions at the house were a little confusing for some things. No instructions to operate the heat, as it was the end of November. Since we were all men, we figured it out fairly quickly. Only had about 6 pieces of paper towels when we arrived.
