I recently visited this lodge and checked in around noon. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was neither very helpful nor friendly. Given that most facilities are closed during the winter season, the lack of basic amenities in the room—such as a microwave—made the stay challenging. Even simple needs like warming baby food or getting milk became difficult, especially with the nearest market being 40 km away.
It is surprising that the hotel management has not considered the needs of guests who may require access to heated food, baby food, or milk at various times, particularly when the on-site restaurant is closed. This significantly impacted the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.
