'Gym was out of Service. Staff was Just Okay. They were sitting behind the counter on their Phone.'

'We had a great stay. The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The breakfast had a basic but plentiful menu which made it easy to get our kids to eat what was served. This property also had a Casey’s, McDonald’s and a Burger King within walking distance and other restaurants and a Walmart within a short drives distance as well. If we ever need to stay in Bellevue again we know a great place to stay! '

'We especially thought the staff was great. The maintenance man went out of his way to help. What we didn't like was being placed by a family with two large dogs that howled and barked for a good part of the evening. The walls seemed very thin and we could hear everything. The drapes let in a lot of light at the top so the room was quite light at night. and the bathroom fixtures were starting to rust and the toilet lid was lose until the maintenance man came and fixed it. 'The property is well located- right off the freeway to get to downtown Omaha in less than 10 minutes. Excellent price. It's pretty basic but completely serviceable. The property has been refurbished- decor in grays and whites. But things like the shower fixtures, a/c unit in the room, all work great though they are older. Very clean and quiet. Queen beds were firm and comfortable. The breakfast had the regular stuff- including waffle maker,oatmeal, yogurts, pastries, toast, hard boiled...

'This hotel is conveniently located off the free way and a short drive to downtown Omaha. One morning we drive to the riverside park and walking path in Omaha for a lovely morning walk. '

'The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, the reception area was a mess and not welcoming. The hotel rooms were being renovated and the crew tried walking into our room twice not knowing it was occupied. When I asked for “do not disturb” door signs, they stated they didn’t have any and ended up marking our door with an X with blue painters tape. Questionable man hanging out in the parking lot by our car. The room however was clean and the beds were comfortable.'

'Good place the rooms actually good and clean the carpets in the corridors old . Daily room service . Some of the electric outlet does not work . Rooms has tv good size refrigerator and microwave . Nice swiming pool but not clear what is the operation hours and how to access it ? '

'Dit hotel is vooral een echt casinohotel, en dat merk je aan alles. De kamers zijn prima, de bedden zijn comfortabel en er zijn veel horeca mogelijkheden in het hotel. Ook parkeren is geen probleem. In het casino mag nog gerookt worden. Bah! Dat zijn wij niet meer gewend. Maar goed, we hoefde er ook eigenlijk niet te zijn. Verder gewoon een aardig hotel voor onderweg, verwacht niets bijzonders maar het is er in ieder geval schoon en stil.'
