« It was late evening when I arrived, and I was exhausted, so it was my own fault that I did not check the room thoroughly before I brought all of my belongings in (which should not be necessary, but it is these days). « Poor breakfast options. We had to go elsewhere and pay for a better breakfast. I would not have minded paying more for a good breakfast at the hotel. One day they forgot to clean our room, they say because we had a no disturb sign at the door, bit this was not true. »

« Do not stay here! If you stay more than one night- the room keys only work for 24 hours at a time, so you will have to go to the desk and ask for your key to work again after 24 hours. They don’t tell you this, you figure out after getting to your room late at night on the 2nd night. The business center is just a computer with internet, no printer (I really needed to print something for my trip). « They are in process of renovation but that didn't affect our stay. Comfy clean breakfast was very good. Lots of options. It is more than a 2 min walk to the Hard Rock. .6 miles. Actually more like 15 but very doable. All in all a great place. »

« The front of the hotel is very deceptive. When I drove around the back to get to my room it was disgusting. The parking lot was over grown with grass growing out of the pavement and had large pot holes. The room was gross. The air conditioner didn't work well and was full of dirt and dust. The TV didn't work. The shower had peeling paint and stains on the walls. Every door frame was black with grime. The property was littered with trash. I felt unsafe and pushed a chair infront of the door...

« This place was extremely unclean. Door locks were not functional. Fixtures and furniture were broken. Plumbing and wiring was faulty. Walls, linens, and blankets were stained. Smoke detector had been removed and the while place smelled like cigarettes. Underside of mattress was stained and showed evidence of previous bedbug infestations. Definitely not up to code. »
