'The stay itself was good but the hotel’s weakness is the car valet service. We almost missed our flight on Sunday morning because the valet was missing.'

'They did not clean the room. We found hair in the bathroom from a previous visitor. We had to ask for new towels. Some people smoked (pot) in their room(s). '

'The hotel and room were very nice. Your front desk team was exceptionally, friendly, especially the young woman who was working around 1:30 PM that day. My only complaint is that the bed was positioned in a way that made it very awkward to watch TV, despite the fact that the TV was on a pivoting mount. It affected our comfort when we were trying to watch some shows.'
