Christmas Vacation

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas and were extremely please with the unit. They had it decorated for Christmas so we were able to put our presents under the tree. Very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice and clean. Everything we needed for a week stay. The pool was refreshing. Communication with Davy was very easy. This is a great place to stay for a family being really close to stores, food etc.

Great, clean place to stay!

This place was wonderful. It was so clean and well stocked. It was a quiet area but has a pool for the kids to play in and a fun little pond close by that has fish and ducks. It’s not right in the craziness of the city but close enough that it’s easy to get to. It’s easy to find and we had a great time staying there.

Family Trip

The property was very nice and clean. It was the perfect size for us (6 adults, 2 kids, 2 infants). Even after we left one of the adults realized she left her wedding ring and Davy was super helpful in getting it back to us.

Awesome place to stay!

This condo is so nice and roomy! Love that you have a garage to pull into. The club house is just around the corner. The pool was warm! The kids loved it! It is a great place to stay! The owner is very fast on responding with whatever you need while you are staying there.

Great place that had everything we need. Owner doesn't respond to messages via VRBO, but responds great via text message. The cleaning fee should be less, given the expectations for checkout (e.g. clean all dishes and put them away - which can be tough in the morning of checkout. I wouldn't mind putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher given the cleaning fee).

I'd stay again!

Great neighborhood. Very quiet and a great location. The pool and hot tubs were clean and close to the property. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets and linens. The only drawback was the lack of attention to cleaning. the garage was littered with peanut shells, drink straws and a 5 gallon bucket with trash. Very good communication with the owner.

Pretty good place

This was a good place for our group. There is no street parking for extra but the home was at the end of the lane and the guest parking was not far away.The pool was great and just a short walk away.There is not a yard, but a community playground was in the neighborhood. There were plenty of plates, bowls and cutlery, muffin tins, baking sheets, a couple casserole dishes, toasters, blender, mixing bowls, coffee pot, griddle, bbq grill, even a crock pot. The pots and pans, however, were sparse. If you are planning on cooking for a large group, consider brining your own or asking the owner what is available.We had a group of 10 for 5 days and 5 nights and I don’t think that was considered when the supplies were stocked. We had to go buy more toilet paper, paper towels and tissues.We had a few issues: the dryer was not working and the bathtub not draining and the owner said they’d send someone, but no one ever came while we were there, so that was inconvenient; in communications, it sounded like they’d have someone come fix it so we could use it. I do think as we were leaving, someone came to check it out- so hopefully that is resolved for future renters. There also weren’t really any washcloths, so come prepared if that’s something you like to use. Overall cleanliness was good, linens were nice, extra blankets were available. We did find Cheerios and random toys in and under the couch and the potholders were gross so we cleaned them up. Overall good place, price was nice.
