Nice place to stay, only reason for 4 star rating was ant issue in kitchen area. It was mentioned upon arriving, but it should be mentioned before arriving.

Great location, very quiet neighborhood!

We had a pretty good stay! Overall everything was super smooth and we didn't have too many issues.There was an issue with cockroaches and it took until the day before we were leaving for the property manager to take care of it. They said they haven't had this issue before. (I am well aware that in the southern heat they can be an issue.) Not sure where they came from, but when I talked to the property manager, he had to go to the owner for any approvals and it took almost 2 days for anything to get done. I would have been happy with some roach motels dropped off or some that were in the unit, but he couldn't do anything. We had a crawling baby, so I didn't like this idea of having cockroaches. My daughter, her husband & baby left early after we didn't hear back.Other than that, the place was great! The pool was fantastic and our stay was awesome!

Not Super Impressed

We had a place booked and a month before our trip, the management company told us the place was no longer available. They tried to put us a in a smaller space that would not accommodate our group size. After lots of time on the phone & speaking with a manager, we were finally put into something that fit our needs better, but we weren't impressed. It is much further from St George than our original house. There were no extra pillows for the air mattress or pull out couch. 2 of our kids had to wad up blankets to use as pillows. There were very few hooks in the bathrooms. 4-5 people sharing each bathroom, each with a swim suit, shower towel, and pool towel, and only one towel rack. The kitchen is very basic. Don't plan to cook anything fancy, you won't have the cookware/appliances/utensils to do it. The firepit outside would not turn on. The clubhouse pool is not heated like advertised. don't plan to use the firepits at the clubhouse, you can't turn them on without management, and management is never around to do it. No patio furniture on the balcony. The hot tub had a QR code to scan for video instructions, but it takes you to the crappy app that management uses. We signed a very general agreement, clearly meant for all their properties, but no further instructions were ever sent for the specific property. There was no physical guidebook in the house. It says use the app, but there is basically no information on the app. And management was not great with responding to texts.

Wonderful place!

Beautiful property. Convenient location. Clean and well stocked with all amenities we needed. Especially loved the hot tub and the wonderful family time spent there! Wi-Fi wasn't working well but we just used our phones.

Clean + hosts responsive

Stayed for a week for a work trip, brought my wife and our 4 kids. Property is clean and well-appointed. Community pool is heated during the winter. We had a few problems, like the washer not working, but the hosts were responsive and worked with us. Very positive experience and a good stay.

Large Accomodations with Hot Tub

This place was pretty big for just the 4 of us. I believe it's listed as able to accommodate 18. There are several large bathrooms so this place would be ideal for a large group or family. The hot tub was a nice perk. Overall this was an excellent place to stay and visit Zion NP. I wouldn't hesitate to come again. There were only two flaws that I could come up with. For the most part the place was sparkling clean. However in the room with the bunk beds, one of the comforters appeared to have crumbs (sprinkles?) and another had some hair on the sheets. My guess is that the previous tenants laid down on them but didn't use it so the cleaners didn't realize to refresh them. Secondly I couldn't figure out how to get any of the TVs to work (all 5 of them). I consider myself technically inclined, yet I couldn't get any of the remotes to work. I didn't care very much since we were not visiting to watch TV. However somehow in the middle of the first night, the TV in the main room turned on by itself (or due to my meddling). Again none of the remotes work so we just had to yank the plug to get it to stop. Basically some more instructions around the house would be helpful.

We love this place!

We had the best time!!! This home is of the highest quality! Clean!!! We loved everything about it! Private Jacuzzi, air hockey, ping pong, bikes, BBQ, 2 balconies, & Community pools! We were grateful they Have a pancake griddle and a crockpot . There was space for our family that lives in town to come visit us and all spread out . There was also plenty of extra parking for visitors. We spent most of our time lake!

The house is great. 2 family rooms, plenty of room for kids upstairs with the master down stairs. We learned really quickly that no one was interested in using the hot tub because it's way too already. Would stay again.

Great place to stay!

We will definitely rent this property again. It had great amenities. The kids loved the ping pong table and bikes! The adults loved the private hot tub. We did have to clean the hot tub before we got in but besides that the property was very clean. The garbages were completely full when we got there but since garbage day was the next day it wasn’t a big deal.

Property clean and in good repair, but communication difficult.

I had to contact property to get my check in info, it wasn't sent to me automatically. I also requested an early check in, but was told that couldn't be granted until the day of check in. That doesn't work for most people, who are traveling from out of town and need to know what time to arrive. The outside garbage cans were completely full when we arrived.

Great weekend stay.

The property is very nice. The hot tub was enjoyed both nights that we were there. Had a few quick games of air hockey and ping pong. Wished we had time to take the bikes out for a ride. And just a heads up for those that care; the master bedroom has a memory foam mattress. I personally find it difficult sleeping on them and had wished we would have known beforehand. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this property .
