I love that the hotel was directly next to some bike lanes and not too far from the metro station. It was very interesting and it was my first time visiting Washington DC. I did enjoy the view as well as the lobby.

I booked this hotel literally minutes after I arrived in DC and to my surprise when I got there my room was ready. I love the modern look of this hotel the room was cute my only complaint is the shower water pressure wasn’t strong enough and my sink was slow to go down. The staff was courteous.

I will absolutely choose this hotel for my next DC trip: it's reasonably priced for what you get, the staff is fantastic, the room is updated, and the fitness room is clean and spacious. O.J. Carter is a notably professional and personable staff member who clearly loves his job. I'll be back.

Stayed in room 916, room was awesome, 2 beds and a sofa. 2 TVs and a decent view. Hotel has a valet like most hotels in DC. Sign says 45 dollars but it’s taxed so it’s 53 dollars. Kinda false advertising but it is what it is.

Not happy at all with the service. Was there for 16hours and left the next day. They charged me on Thursday and again Sunday. Paid over $900 for staying 16hours had to call to get the charges put back into my account. No one communicates. How do you charge me an additionally $700 on Sunday, when I checked in on Thursday afternoon and left Friday morning at 10am. Makes no sense. I travel 5-6 times a year and never had any issues. First and last time for me.

We are family of 5-3 kids and 2 adults. Key point of stay in the hotel was an option for breakfast. In deacription it says that breakfast provided for extra charge, it is buffet style. 1st day it wasnt buffet and we had to wait for an hour when meals wills will be ready. Food wasnt good-cold and tasteless. When we aked for manager, person never come after 15 minutes we waited. Next 2 times it was buffet, but you need to ask for clean plate and plastic utencils!!!! Plastic utencils for $18 breakfast!!! This is absolutelly no for me and my family. One day it was also plastic plates and paper cups. Customer service horrible at the hotel. Amenities, rooms and surroundings are okay but management seems like doesn’t care mich about customers and good experience. Never again. Don’t recommend.

I have mixed feelings about this property. The pros, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and had good water pressure. The front desk staff were fantastic. They allowed for a late checkout with no extra charge which was extremely helpful. The building felt secure and it is in a nice location. The cons, our room did not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. All the dresser drawers and the closet doors were were miss aligned and did not close properly. The breakfast Buffett is overpriced and low quality. You had to ask for paper plates, plastic utensils, they expected you to bring same used plate back up to the Buffett which is a health code violation. The breakfast staff were meh. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Go to the unconventional diner 2 blocks down. Same price but I incredible food. They charge 3$ for a coffee in the lobby. Should be free for hotel guests. The hotel does not have a rooftop deck with fire pit and no pool yet the photos online show both. I would not return to this location. Lots of other options in DC.

Super convenient location, paid self-parking next door through a parking app or you can do valet. Nice rooms. The only issue we had was the water in the shower getting cold while mid shower and taking a while for it to warm up again. When I brought this up with the front desk, they said this is the first time they’ve heard of it that day. If you read other reviews, other customers have complained of the same. But they could be right that I was the first to mention it THAT day

Valet parking is excellent. Showers are wonderful. Bed is not the most comfortable. Check-in was easy but check-in staff isn’t the friendliest. Location is convenient and feels safe.

Not gonna lie i was impressed, the rooms were spotless and had a unique vibe to them. They have a full bar restaurant inside and was not a far drive from where we needed to be! The valet price was ridiculous so PLEASE opt for other parking , there are alot of street parking options nearby with just a short walk. We did street parking Sunday and it was free so save those coins! All in all, next time were in town we’ll definitely be staying here!

Property was in a very nice location, walkable from the metro station so we were able to go to lots of place! Lots of space and nice hotel. Staff seemed a little reluctant to help and was rude every time we requested something. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Only minutes away from Capitol Hill and other attractions. The hotel itself is ok. Could use a good cleaning, staff were a little unorganized, and we had to take luke warm showers the 3 nights we were there despite several attempts by their engineers to repair it. They did however take off a generous amount from our bill for the inconvenience. I would stay there again.

I liked how close it was to everything, bus, metro, walking distance to numerous things. I liked the staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and very nice inside. Only bad review I have is the shower, low water pressure and took long to get hot water, either showering in really cold or really hot. Other than that, great place and I would stay again, highly recommend!

Friendly staff, convenient parking (cheaper with ParkHero) and the Washington Convention Center is only a block away. Definitely try Union Kitchen (one black away) for breakfast/lunch or amazing coffee. Those folks are some of the friendliest in DC!

I booked the room with two queens and a sofa bed. For starters i was mislead by the pictures it showed a renovated/ modern bathroom shower. Hardly the case it was a tub bathroom and it felt very dirty like you can tell they only change the towels and restock the bathrooms. Whats worse is the A/C vents let out a foul smell everytime the air would circulate. We just went ahead and turned it off. And to top it all off I saw a baby mouse running across the bar area. Would not recommend this hotel.

We take any issues of pests extremely seriously. We contract with a vendor for preventative pest control monthly, as well as have random inspections provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis to ensure pest control, as well as overall cleanliness standards, are maintained. Not a good start for this place. First when we arrived they did not have the room we booked. Not sure how you “sell out” of the room we have a reservation for and a reservation made over 7 months ago. I even called the front desk two nights before our arrival to inform them of our late arrival and was told “no need for us to annotate anything, just show up”. Checked in and was told breakfast was at 6:30, got downstairs at 6:30 and nope, no breakfast and nobody around setting up. Was not able to utilize the breakfast which was part of the room rate since we were here for a function and had time constraints. By the looks of it quite a few families were told the same thing and had to leave disappointed. This s minor but no hand soap in the room. I would expect a higher attention to detail for a hotel of this caliber in DC. Lets hope the remainder of our stay gets better. If so I will update this review.
