This unit does not match what we booked, and what I assume our rate (which was high) was based on. It was advertised as a 2-bedroom unit, but it is a bachelor or, if I'm being generous, 1-bedroom. The loft (completely open to the area below) is the "one bedroom", and beyond that, there's a tiny bed under the stairs and a pull-out sofa. The kids go to bed early, and we had two white noise machines going and had to be so quiet in the evenings. All the beds were uncomfortable. The kids shared the upstairs bed, and were cold being right under the AC unit. The short under-the-stairs bed felt like lying on a bunch of lumpy wood, and the sofabed was made of three sections at different heights, with a big hole in one spot and lots of hard areas. There weren't enough linens between the three beds, so we had to share sheets and pull out sleeping bags we happened to have. The door to the unit DOES NOT LOCK. The kitchen was sparsely stocked; it was missing a coffeemaker and kettle, linens, soap, etc. There was one spoon and one bent fork, enough dishes. The unit is not stocked at all; there's no kleenex, toilet paper, soap, etc. The 2 stools don't fit the table. Pros: The staff were nice. It was clean enough and has a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, wifi, towels, and parking. It's near Beach 1, Walmart, and restaurants. It has potential and there are signs that maybe some improvements are underway, but we did not appreciate the dishonest listing and high price.
