Goed hotel, prima ligging lekker rustig. Restaurant is niet wat je verwacht bij een 5 ster hotel qua inrichting en kaart. Ontbijt nu onhandig maar zal door corona zijn, wel jammer dat er geen verse jus d orange was..

The hotel is a bit outdated, but the rooms are spacious. The best part of the hotel is the floor with the great gym and indoor swimming pool including jacuzzi and sauna.

Great discovery to stay in Warsaw
I have been in many hotels in Warsaw during the last years. The last 2 times I stayed on this Hotel and I loved. Very comfortable, very nice staff (thanks Dawide)... The sauna and the swimming pool are great. Not at City center but not far away by taxi. Surely I will choose it again on my next visit to Warsaw.

Plus ce que c’était…
Checkin très frustrant car je n’ai pas eu la chambre réservée c’est la deuxième fois que cela arrive au Regent. Pas d’excuses, pas d’explications. Globalement l’hôtel n’est plus ce qu’il était, c’est très triste de voir que le très chic Hyatt Regency des années 2008-2011 n’existe plus que dans les souvenirs…

Bad service. Slow response time, didn't get my email responded to for 3 weeks. Upon arrival I didn't get any help. Restaurant had 2 guests but took 1hour to get the first order of food. AC didn't work in 2 out of 3 rooms. Amazing gym and pool, that's basically it.

Flott hotell
Veldig fint hotell med flott treningsstudio og basseng. Det stopper buss utenfor. Verdi for pengene. Det negative er selvsagt at man bor litt sentrumsfjernt. 10 minutt med buss til sentrum. Det er også dyrt å sjekke inn før tiden. Har hotellet ledig rom så bør de kunne slippe inn en gjest. Regent tar 200 zloty for dette og etter mitt syn er det negativt som trekker ned.

Needs a serious renovation
The hotel is not a 5 star. There’s nothing around the area in terms of restaurants or shopping. The hotel needs a serious reno. Breakfast was incredibly lackluster. The elevator “up” button didn’t work.

Poor stay
Their was a constant foul smell from my bathroom toilet, this foul sewage smell was in the lobby toilets. My colleague in another room said his room was the same. On two separate occasions I had trouble getting into the hotel underground car park for the shear number of taxis outside the entrance, the hotel is more geared up for conferences than it’s guests.

Hotel has had story of different ownership, still representing premium level service. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy, very well designed by 3 Architects. I think style of hotel has been inspired by 20's past century where buildings been designed like transatlantic cruisers. Currently nearby construction works generate some noise since 8 AM. Bonus of localisation this hotel is a walking distance to Lazienki park. Centrum you can reach after 30 minutes of walk. Price are very fair. Please consider breakfast. Amazing amout of polish traditional food: bread, cheeses whithe, yellow, vegetables, smoked meat like ham, sausages, pate. Everything delicious and tasty and fresh. In future i would like visit this hotel again. Highly recommended.
