**INDOOR FIREPLACE: Please note the indoor fireplace is undergoing an upgrade and is not yet guest-accessible.
**FIREPIT: Always fully extinguish fires from the firepit before leaving the area
**LAUNDRY HATCH: Additional laundry is located in the basement, accessible through a floor hatch. While the hatch is open, it poses a hazard—especially for young children—so please ensure others are aware before going down, and watch your head when coming up.

Swimming Hole Use Acknowledgement & Waiver

The property includes a natural swimming hole, which is used at your own risk. By choosing to use the swimming hole, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
-The swimming hole is a natural body of water and may include uneven terrain, slippery rocks, varying depths, cold water temperatures, and changing conditions.
-There is no lifeguard on duty at any time.
-Guests assume all risks associated with swimming, wading, diving, jumping, or being near the water.
-Children must be supervised at all times.
-Guests agree to use the swimming hole in a safe and responsible manner and to follow any posted rules or guidance.

By using the swimming hole, guests release and hold harmless the property owners from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from its use, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the swimming hole.
