'Excellent experience!'

'If you are travelling to Yufuin, Hotel MODA is a must stay. This hotel is immaculate, with attentive staff. I definitely recommend adding the dinner at the hotel to your stay, it was one of the best meals that we had in Japan and the outdoor private Onsen was amazing!'

'Perfectly fine!'

'Nice hotel within walking distance from the train station. Friendly staff at check in who let me leave my bag behind as I was really early at check in. If more than 20 people are in it at the same time, you will be fighting for a spot. Refills are taken care of in a good manner. All in all a decent place to stay for a...

'The property is managed by a management company, and unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome during our stay, as there were several restrictions on the use of certain amenities. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The most disappointing aspect was the limited provision of essential items. For example, as a group of 11 staying for four nights, we were only provided with two rolls of toilet tissue per toilet (there are two toilets in the property), and no additional garbage bags were...
