Ferienhaus Waren (Müritz)

Quietly situated on the outskirts of Waren (Müritz), in a residential area, the 60 m² holiday home for up to 2 adults and 1 child is located at the rear of the approx. 1,000 m², fenced and very well-kept residential property. The public swimming pool on the Müritz is approx. 1000 m away and the town centre with its harbour, promenade and charming old town is approx. 2 km away (public transport). Shopping facilities are in the immediate neighbourhood.



The tastefully furnished, centrally heated non-smoking house is equipped with a living room (sofa bed - extra bed for one person, dining table, flat screen TV, radio), a bedroom (double bed, large wardrobe), a mini-kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave with grill, various small kitchen appliances), a storage room, a hallway and a bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, washing machine, hairdryer). There is also a furnished seating area in the garden, bicycle storage facilities, a car park in front of the house and WiFi.



The total price includes final cleaning, electricity and water costs as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
