Stay safe for one person, dog-friendly, and the host was easy to communicate with and even handled communication for my unique in-between Airbnb situations as a local really well. 'I loved my stay here. Got a free upgrade and loved my view over the bustling streets of Fremont, such a nice area of Seattle, alot better than downtown. Bathrooms and the room were very clean. Only thing i missed was better lightning as it is pretty dark in the room. Staff was also very nice although its only the cleaners you see as there is no reception, you get a code to access the hotel. Would defenitly stay here again.'

'We absolutely loved staying in this charming 1925 ‘craftsman’ home. She has a lot of character and one can almost imagine the stories this home holds! All that one would need is provided and the fact that groceries and restaurants were in walking distance is a huge plus (btw, walking the alley to all is much less taxing than taking the sidewalk out front! That hill… omg! Ha!) Communication with the owner was very easy. We plan to return to this property as often as we can as it is minutes from...

'Great location and close enough for UW appointment. Very clean, good communication with management, easy in and out. The Fremont district is eclectic with great shops, restaurants, bars. Parking is on-street, but available and free on some streets after 7p and others 8p. You can make it work!'

'I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. '
