B&B in Wallingford

'Spent two great days at this B&B. It's off the main highways in a small village environment. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We had a warm welcome from the staff, who were helpful, friendly and made our stay relaxing. The room was large, clean and stocked with tea, coffee and water. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast bun was amazing, the bacon and sausage tasted great. We had an evening meal which was also prepared and cooked well. I had home made Pizza (loads...

'Warmest of welcomes and a lovely clean room, well appointed but lacking a tv 🤔. Good in the restaurant was excellent and as I was leaving early, a takeaway breakfast was kindly offered. '

'We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door een enthousiaste eigenaar (Petter). We waren ruim te vroeg al op locatie maar de kamer was al klaar en we waren welkom. Ruime nette en schone kamer en badkamer met een koelkastje en goede wifi. En voldoende ruimte op het terrein om gratis te parkeren. Het guest house ligt op een minuut of 25 lopen van het centrum. Maar vlak voor de deur stoppen ook zeer frequent bussen als je daar gebruik van wilt maken. Wat ons betreft een prima verblijf!'

'Leuke oude pub met vier moderne goede hotelkamers. Één nadeel: het bed is maar 140 cm breed en dan moet je dus niet te veel ruimte nodig hebben als (echt)paar. Hotel ligt op 10 minuten van centrum Oxford, midden in de countryside. Mooie gastheer.'

'When we arrived in High Wycombe, we passed a lovely house with beautiful wisteria blooming all along the sidewalk. We parked, then walked to a pub at the end of the street. After a fun meal in the open air, we left the pub searching for the Malvern House. We were delighted to discover that the wisteria house was indeed our destination. The gentleman who greeted us was very kind and welcoming. Our ground floor room was just right. We stayed two nights, and revised the pub down the street....

'This is a place for when you want to toyally switch off, relax and gave a great nights sleep. Having no TV on the room, meant we went to bed early, heard no a sound all night and came away fully refreshed after one night. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance and the Thai Orchid is fab.'

'Clean and comfortable room, with wonderful staff. And in a perfect location for delightful walks through Oxford's Sommertown. In addition, a great choice of restaurants within a ten minute walk, and easy bus service to nearby City Center. '
