* Utilities: All utilities are included in the monthly rent.
* Application Fee: $44 non-refundable fee per person for the application and background check.
* Lease Requirements: Upon approval, a signed rental agreement and refundable security deposit are required.
* Pets: Considered with prior approval from the owner and Homeowners Association (HOA).
* Smoking: Not permitted.
