Check in process was really easy. For our rental car, we weren't able to register it during the office's hours, but they left forms for us to sign and hang in the car, which was really convenient. The unit itself was clean and spacious.

Perfect location!

This condo is very centrally located. There is nothing much within walking distance, but it’s a very easy drive to Kehei, Kahului, and Lahaina. But the access to the water is awesome! It was less than 5 minutes from our door to the water, and that included the stairs down. We had a beautiful view! The condo was very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen has a lot of dishes and pans, plentiful ice in the ice machine and a handy washer and dryer. There are extra sheets for all of the beds and lots of towels. You definitely don’t need to bring your own beach towels as they are plentiful! There were 6 of us on this trip and this condo met our needs beautifully!

We feel that the unit was described accurately. The kitchen had all the gadgets and small appliances that we needed. The location is wonderful. The grounds are well kept. Safe neighborhood. We look forward to our next stay here!

Nice well supplied condo. Building itself is cinder block, nothing special. Tiny pool. Nice views. Good natural light and ventilation. Quiet. Good access to walking on beach, but everything else is a bit far away, especially groceries and dining. Convenient to airport.

Clean and plenty of room

The condo was perfect for us. It was centrally located on the island, the property/grounds were very clean, the condo ‘room’ was very clean and it had plenty of room. The pool was minimal-no diving board or slides and absolutely no toys of any kind allowed in the pool, but it too, was very clean. The managers were very nice. We like to try different places or areas in the island but we would not have any problem staying here again.

Great central location

Ma'alaea is a great location between Kihei and Lahaina. This is an older complex, but well-maintained. The pool is a little small if everyone decides to show up at once, but otherwise great. The beach is easy to access and there are turtles nearby. The king bed could use a new mattress and the furnishings are a bit dated, but the place was great overall. Would certainly consider staying here again!

We love staying on this property. The view is gorgeous and it’s super easy to get to most of our favorite places on Maui. The furniture is dated for sure. The bed in the master is really bad and needs to be replaced. Other than that it was wonderful. Thank you!

Perfect location

This was a last minute booking but so perfect for our stay. Right on the beach and views were great. We had two kids with us and it was so nice to have a second bedroom and bathroom. There's even a sleeper sofa that could accommodate more if needed. Loved the convenience of having a kitchen and washer/dryer. Beach towels were supplied and even some boogie boards that the kids loved using on the beach. The outside property was well maintained and was constantly being taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.
