Check-in Conditions: Arrival from 4:00 PM, departure before 10:00 AM.​

Length of Stay: Bookings from Saturday to Saturday: minimum 5 days in June/July, and minimum 3 days outside these periods (booking possible from any day of the week).​

Consumption Terms: Charges include 2 m³ of water and €15 of electricity per week; any excess will be charged to the tenant (meter reading upon arrival).​
