The kitchen offers a large island, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and is well equipped for all your cooking needs. This large great room opens up to the spacious lanai and ocean view. You can enjoy the view and sounds of the tropics while preparing your evening meal!

The lanai offers a lounging area that has a couch and two chairs. On the other side of the lanai is a dining area for 4 along with a wet bar and stainless steel grill.

On one side of the villa are the two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom features a king size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted big screen television above a chest of drawers. There are two large windows that look out to the ocean and palm trees. There is a large walk in closet with plenty of space. The attached bathroom has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities.

In the hall between the two bedrooms is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Just across from the master bedroom is the second master bedroom. Here you will find a king size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted big screen tv with a chest of drawers.
