'Our group was divided in two different condos so we never needed to cook in the unit as we were together more in the larger one for gathering. We only used it for sleeping and showers. 'Just our style. Country sounds and gorgeous landscape. Even the uncle’s place looked like American Pickers (Hawaiian style) and sneaking through was as exciting as it was as a kid without the neighbor yelling to get off his lawn. Just a short beautiful walk to a gorgeous empty beach and a short drive to the north shore. Not for those looking for a resort experience but perfect if you enjoy a glamping experience. We loved it!'

'Our family of 7 adults were a bit cramped and sharing 1 bathroom was a challenge, but this is a great location - across the street from the beach, 5 minutes from Laie and the Polynesian Culture Center, close to the North Shore. Tons of beach gear to borrow - we were sorry that our few days there were rainy and windy. Still, way better than staying in Honolulu.'
