Amazing
This place is so cute and quaint! Absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is so gorgeous in person and has everything you might need. Super close to all the fun downtown waco activities. 10/10 stay!!!

Great location
Property was close to the attractions we went for (Silos). Lots of other Waco attractions in the area. Perfect for two people but if more I’d steer to bigger place. Very clean and no real complaints.

Cozy & Safe
The home was very clean and well decorated. You are unable to cook because a stove is unavailable but you can microwave some food. The host was very responsive and attentive. The neighborhood is not "transitional." It is an established Hispanic working class neighborhood and it is very safe and quiet. The proximity to downtown and points of interest is perfect.

This little cottage is adorable, and also amazingly laid out and furnished for a small space. The bathroom is huge, though, with a very large walk-in shower and a copper soaking tub! The open living room/kitchen/dining area had ample room for not only a large couch, but also a day bed. We stayed for two nights and were so pleased with this cozy little cottage -- with some cut, but understated, "bunny" decor. Also, the host was very response to some questions we had when we arrived. We highly recommend!

Waco's Best Kept Secret!
Absolutely awesome! The bath tub is to die for! The bed is sooo comfortable! The living area is well equipped. It is so close to everything. Will definitely be back! If you are looking for a lovely place in Waco and you don't stay here you are missing out!

50th Birthday Getaway
This house is adorable and equipped with everything you need! We loved the decorations and the large bathroom. The Nespresso machine was wonderful! It would've been nice to have coat hangers and it would've been a plus to have bubble bath for the beautiful tub. Other than the neighborhood being a little sketchy, it was a wonderful experience. Will consider it again.

This property was perfect for my daughter and I. The location was close to everything we were doing during our stay. The property was clean and cozy. I was a bit leery of the neighborhood when I first arrived but we had no problems and all was well.

Darling, little unique house
Perfect for our one-night stay. Loved the super-fun, eclectically-curated furniture, decor and design. Very clean, comfy bed, thoughtful blackout/privacy curtains, ice maker. Nespresso machine was fun to try. Easy in and out. Location was a little surprising and the only reason for 4-stars.

We just returned from a visit to this property and loved it. I have to compliment the owner - she has excellent taste and the furnishings were beautiful. This property had everything we needed. We had great communication with the owner and check in and out was a breeze. We had 3 people in our party so it was a little small but we were only there one night. This property would be great for a couple. Again I must compliment the owner on her taste and furnishings. It was a convenient location for visiting Magnolia. I was very pleased with our accommodations.

Adorable remodel in a slum. Abandoned warehouse-like building across the street and walking distance to interstate. Could not stay as I feared for my safety. Refused even a partial refund and then stated a day later that if I could find a way to cancel via VRBO, a partial refund would be considered. Response was received too late to even try.

Easy to book; very affordable if needing to be budget aware for lodging. Queen bed and day bed comfortable. Bathroom super cute and very large for a one bedroom, one living area and combined kitchen. Located in an older neighborhood, but surprisingly felt secluded with only a house behind. No homes on either side Owner was available to reach by email and responded promptly to questions. Hope to book again!

As we are driving to the cottage, the neighborhood is not good. We did go inside and check out the outside. Everything inside is very nice and cute. But we ended up staying somewhere else. I went back through the reviews and did not see anyone mention the neighborhood? The neighborhood was very scary- someone needs to bring this up.

This cottage was cozy and a great home base to view the Magnolia properties. It was not within walking distance to anywhere but the driving was easy enough. The cottage was safe and had all the amenities you would need for a short visit. Baylor or the Silos was pretty handy
