Stay in historic downtown Wabash, conveniently located 1 block from the Honeywell Center, newly renovated Eagles Theatre and shopping, restaurants, bars and farmers market! Great for families, couples, or the individual business traveller. This cozy cottage boasts a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, a washer/dryer and a large dining table that seats 6.

PLEASE NOTE: Both bedrooms are UPSTAIRS. Stairs may be too steep for those with limited mobility.

Enjoy the view or watching the kids play in the beautiful back yard with lots of shade, or enjoying conversation on the covered side porch of this cute, downtown cottage. You have ample parking! Private parking for 2 cars in the back off of the alley, or you can park off the street in front of the house. Enter through the front or back door, both equipped with a keypad and a pin code unique to your stay. Go inside where you`ll find all the amenities you`ll need during your stay. The home features a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom, 2 twin XL beds (5 inches longer than standard twin) in the loft upstairs and a queen size pull out sofa in the living room, ensuring the cottage can sleep 6 with ease. Roku tv with Youtube TV cable subscription and 100 mbps wifi are provided. The gas fireplace is fully operational with a beautiful flame for those chilly evenings!

Keypad access to both the front and back door with a unique code per stay. Guests will have full and private access to the entire house and yard.

Right downtown Wabash on beautiful Market St! One block West of the Honeywell Center which is walking distance to all downtown shops, restaurants, bars and much more. The back alley where you can safely park your vehicles leads directly to the Honeywell! Dyes bar and grill is also right across the street!

Small dogs are permitted, but you will be responsible for any damages. Please NO cats!
- No parties or extra guests. Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.

- We now have exterior cameras, the doorbell camera at the front and a floodlight camera in the back. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

- No smoking. Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any smoking in unit, regardless of any damages.

- Strict quiet hours past 10 PM

- Small to medium size dogs only, you are responsible for any damages the pet may cause.
