Staff was very courteous and professional.
The toilet seats in our one bedroom suite were old and stained. They can easily be replaced. The light fixture in one bathroom was falling apart also an easy fix that won't cost much.
I had a problem which was not the fault of anyone on the property. It was caused by a third party but, the manager listened to me respectfully, was empathetic, explained what happened and how...

« Mauvais service en général surtout la personne à l’accueil le matin. Ça sent l’humidité et l’enfermé dès que tu rentres à l’hôtel et aux toilettes ça sent les égouts. De plus, il y’a de la poussière dans la chambre et il faut qu’on aille chercher nous même des serviettes propres et de leur donner les sales. Ce qui est nul vu qu’on est dans un hôtel. »
