Floating House Comfort in Kröslin / Usedom Island Region<br><br>The FLOATING HOUSE is beautifully situated on Lake Kröslin. From the edge of the marina, you can gaze out over the charming Bodden landscape of the Peenestrom, the Greifswald Bodden, and the islands of Usedom and Rügen; the Baltic Sea is not far away. <br>A “Comfort” model Floating House is available at the last dock in the spacious marina.<br><br>Here you’ll find plenty of nature, marina charm, and relaxation. The FLOATING HOUSES offer excellent conditions for water sports enthusiasts, anglers, and nature lovers. Incidentally, the region is one of the sunniest areas in Germany…<br><br>The nearest sandy beach is about 2 km away in the neighboring fishing village of Freest. During the season, however, you can also take a small ferry directly from the Kröslin harbor to the island of Usedom. (for passengers and bicycles) – There, you’ll find not only over 40 km of fine Baltic Sea beach but also many worthwhile destinations, such as the seaside resorts with their piers. If you’d prefer not to drive on the island of Usedom, take the Bäderbahn train or use the well-developed bike paths.<br><br>From Kröslin, it’s about 7 km to Wolgast and about 25 km to Greifswald.<br><br>Layout and Amenities:<br>Living/Dining Area: <br>Sofa + rocking chair with ottoman, dining table with seating for 8 people<br>Kitchen: Electric stove with glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and grill, exhaust hood, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave<br>Bathroom 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bathroom cabinet, hair dryer on the upper floor. <br>1 additional guest restroom on the first floor<br><br>General:<br>TV with satellite connection, CD stereo system with radio, modern electric heating in every room<br>Available at the harbor: Washing machine + dryer, sauna + solarium, children’s playground, Wi-Fi, bike rental, boat rental, and much more (for a fee, season-dependent)<br><br>Outdoor area:<br>Terrace + balcony, 4 garden chairs with a table, 2 lounge chairs<br><br>Parking on the property<br>- You can dock your boat directly at the Floating House: (1 open-deck sport boat up to 4.5 m x 2.00 m free of charge; larger boats at a separate berth in the harbor)<br><br>Bed linens and towels are included.<br><br>Pets are allowed upon request, 7.50 €/day/pet + 35 € final cleaning surcharge<br><br>Upon request: High chair free of charge; crib available for €15<br><br>The FLOATING HOUSES “COMFORT” can accommodate 2 to 4 people; the usable area is 75 square meters spread over two decks.<br>The first deck features a living room with a dining area, an open kitchen, a guest restroom, and a terrace.<br>On the second deck, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and an open loft with a comfortable sofa bed.<br>From the balcony on the second deck, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the Bodden landscape.<br><br>Utility costs (electricity, sewage/water, heating) are billed based on your personal usage (= meter readings) and deducted from the security deposit after departure.<br><br>The moored houseboats are an ideal home for anyone who loves the special atmosphere on the water… yet still wants to stay on land.<br><br>Note: Additional costs apply:<br>- Security deposit: €200 (must be transferred in advance along with the trip price)<br>- Electricity: €0.70/kWh<br>- Water: €9.00/m³<br>- Gas: €4.75/m³<br><br>Additional services that can be booked:<br>- Crib: €15 per booking (please reserve in advance)<br>- High chair: free (upon request)<br><br>The photos shown may be sample photos
