« I stayed at the Hampton McHenry for 10 days and had a very good time. The room was clean, large and quiet. Nice pool and small fitness center. I particularly apprieciated the breakfast buffet : good choice or meals and fresh wafers! Free Wifi with above average speed. Coffee available all day in the lobby! »

« The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get. »

« Not a safe place for a single woman traveling alone. No staff present when I arrived. Interior was not as pictured. Grateful to get a refund and do not feel this property should be featured on Expedia. »

« Great find!!! Great staff! Awesome spa area which was maintained very well, and fun little bar. The only it did lack was food on premises, but, literally right outside the hotel doors, there are plenty of options! All around a great hotel »

« Le petit dejeuner est compris dans le prix, il n'est pas fabuleux mais il est tout a fait honnete. Le personnel est sympathique et cordial. Il y a une piscine ce qui peut etre un plus pour les familles avec enfants. S'il y avait une chose a reprocher, ce serait que la fenetre de la chambre ne s'ouvre pas (elles ne sont pas prevues pour). Emplacement legerement bruyant, on entend le trafic de la US 45. »

« Hotel was just as described. Room was spacious, and clean, Comfy beds. Lobby smelled of smoke so I was worried but our room was very nice. The girl at the desk was super friendly and did her best to be helpful at all times. Every time I left or came back, the staff asked if I needed anything. Thank you.😊 »

« The hotel called me 2 days before our stay and said the overbooked for the night we wanted and was canceling our reservation. The said we had to contact Expedia for refund. I am still working on getting that refund. »

« My flight got cancelled and I was a day late checking in. I contacted two numbers to notify the hotel but the front desk didn’t receive the notice. They had us down for a no show and cancelled our reservation. The employee working the desk went above and beyond to give us rooms and said his manager will fix the issue in the morning. He was so professional and courteous. I was very pleased on how this was handled. Thank you! »
