'Heel mooi boetiek hotel. Top gelegen aan zee met een prachtig uitzicht. Mooie kamer met bad voor het raam. Geen lift maar medewerkers helpen met de koffers te dragen of in een soort dienstliftje te plaatsen. Hele aardige medewerkers. Wel jammer dat ontbijt tot 10.00 uur is. We kwamen er om 9.50 en toen waren de vleeswaren op die ze niet meer wilden aanvullen omdat om 10.00 uur het ontbijt sluit. Wat erg opvalt in restaurants en barren is dat het personeel al een half uur van te voren gaat...

'Had a great 2 night stay, gentleman on reception a great guy and an asset to your hotel, so welcoming and couldnt do enough. As a wheelchair user as well, we couldnt fault anything with the hotel. '

'A lovely warm welcome on arrival, a lot of time and effort has gone into the building making it very unique. Room was spacious and everything you need for a short stay including a fridge, Internet and a big screen TV .and an Ensuite with a powerful shower. Breakfast was amazing full English which i struggled to finish, real coffee and loads of toast. My first choice in Brighton from now on 5*'

'I give this place a 10 because I have no complaints. None. It was clean, tidy, everything worked as it should, and it was great. I was born and raised in this neighborhood, and know it well. Lots of shops, cafe, coffee shops etc. Very easy to get around. I have no complaints whatsoever. We had a really nice two weeks here from the USA and would definitely choose it again.'

'Groots opgezet hotel,oude stijl maar wel naar de standaard van nu, rustige kamers en prima ontbijt. '

'Leuk hotel met uitzicht op het water en de pier. Alles is aanwezig in de kamers en deze zijn schoon. De kamers aan de achterkant horen wel de airco van het restaurant beneden als het raam openstaat. Over het algemeen is dit niet al te storend. Ontbijt is goed.'

'Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable. Generally a cold place but quickly heats with the radiator on. If you’re a light sleeper you will probably want ear plugs and maybe even an eye mask as...
