Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for »

« Heating system not working while being at -3 degree and the house isolation system is not efficient for winter, from the doors and windows you can feel the cold wind coming in. PLUS we had a plague of mosquitoes so we had terrible nights, mosquitoes in all the house.. We had to pay extra for towels and bed sheets.. Towels in poor conditions, only one towel per person and a very small one for all of us for the hands.. Only one toilet paper for 3 people for 3 nights.. In the kitchen the washing...
