Villa Boris with Private Pool

Lovely Villa Boris is situated in Vodnjan, a pictoresque city few kilometers away from the Adriatic coast.

Outdoor space provides a big fenced garden with private swimming pool, BBQ, terrace with dining area, volleyball field, swings, trampoline and table tennis.



Indoor space is mainly located on ground floor. It consists of a big living room with kitchen and dining area for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a smaller living room with kitchen and dining area for 2 people.

The fourth bedroom is located upstairs, along with en suite bathroom and a balcony with pool view. Guests can use an available PS4 console.



Free parking garage for 4 cars is available on site.

It is allowed to bring pets for additional fee of 10 EUR per day per pet.



Vodnjan is a small town located only 5 km away from the Adriatic coast. It's also only 12 km away from Pula, an ancient city most known for its Amphitheater.

Vodnjan is a perfect place to experience a relaxing vacation, but it's also close enough to all kinds of activities if you change your mind.

It is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, woods and a lot of beautiful sights. You can visit Kazun Park - a park with traditional Istrian houses made of stone, and it's a place with most kazun's located in one place in the Mediterranean area.

Many bars, restaurants and grocery shops can be found near the house.

Pula Airport is 10 km away.



Since Vodnjan is a place surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the best way to experience it is to take some of hiking or cycling routes through the area.
