'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

' Vanessa was a real gem, when I asked her for a room with 2 beds instead of the pull out bed, she didn't hesitate one bit and had it ready for when I got back from dinner. The pull out bed needs to be replaced though. '
