« Just as Visby is an ideal place for a relaxing weekend, the hotel is quiet, clean and very well located, just a 5-minute walk from the town centre and harbour (just be aware that the climb up to the hotel can be a good exercise for the legs). The staff were very welcoming and showed a great deal of attention to helping me check in late and make my stay a pleasant one. I also found the breakfast delicious and wide-ranging. »

« Il y a eu une erreur de réservation sur notre chambre qui a été louée deux fois. Elle etait donc déjà occupée à notre arrivée. Ce type d erreur peut arriver et le personnel a fait tout son possible pour nous trouver une solution, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous avons finalement passé un agréable séjour. »
