Renovated holiday home furnished in Mediterranean style. The building is located on a family property surrounded on all sides by a stone wall. The thick stone walls offer maximum privacy and a pleasant atmosphere during your stay. With its tranquillity and cosiness, this house invites you to visit and linger. The following are available for private use: parasol, deckchairs, shower in the courtyard, terrace, table, large fireplace with barbecue. From the courtyard and the terrace you have a beautiful view of nature and the marvellous blue sea of our Kvarner Bay. The nature in the area is wild, a real coastal landscape, but beautiful and offers countless possibilities for an active holiday according to the popular motto of the Vinodol region ‘One step into the sea, two into the snow’.
On the nearby coast in Crikvenica there are: sandy, pebble, stone, rocky and plateau beaches, dog beach, tennis, fishing, diving, water sports, boat hire. The holiday home consists of one floor (1st floor), a beautiful courtyard and a covered terrace with barbecue. The ground floor of the house is not inhabited and is not on offer. On the first floor there is a very well-equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom. Both bedrooms and the kitchen with dining area are air-conditioned.
