Very nice hotel. About a four star property for a boutique hotel. In the heart of old town - much larger than a town. All attractions and restaurants very accesible and walkable. Very European town center. Daily breakfast buffet in lower level kind of neat. Great buffet food for all types.

The room was great and reception staff very helpful. But our room was not cleaned until 1600 - which is ridiculous. The breakfast was very average served in a dingy basement.

Reception staff was extremely helpful. I arrived before check, and they gladly kept my bags at the reception. Desk into my room was ready. They called me when everything was prepared. Just stayed in room 105, which is called the deluxe room Terrace. It was absolutely wonderful having a seated area Right outside the door to the room. This area was equipped with chairs tables and was approximately 10 x 15‘ with beautiful views of rooftops and church staples.

Struttura consigliata, in bellissimo edificio. Abbastanza vicina alla stazione. La camera era un po' più piccola di quello che mi aspettavo, così come il bagno, ma entrambi erano molto belli, confortevoli e caldi. Ho apprezzato in particolare il rivestimento in marmo del bagno. Nella stanza per mio gusto personale avrei messo delle luci più calde, perché in generale l'illuminazione dei vari lampadari era molto fredda, ma quello è solo una preferenza soggettiva. Intorno si trovano molti ristoranti e caffè. La colazione viene servita in ambiente sotterraneo: probabilmente suggestivo, ma abbastanza scomodo perché i tavoli sono pochi e quando finisce lo spazio disponibile era necessario salire le scale con i piatti e bicchieri in mano. Avrei aggiunto anche qualche opzione dolce in più e la cioccolata calda. In generale mi sono piaciuti molto gli spazi comuni (menzione speciale per il bagno a piano terra!) Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Great hotel in fabulous location
Excellent hotel and location, with fabulous view from balcony (snow and Xmas lights) which is cleverly hidden from view from the street. Very comfortable room. Only minor niggle was very slow check in but I think someone was being trained, and a small group at reception became a large group as more arrived and effectively pushed in, but would still highly recommend

Fantastic stay
Walking through the Gates of Dawn, the hotel is directly in front of you and looks amazing from the outside. It's equally impressive on the inside. The reception was very smart and the staff were quick to check us in with the minimum of fuss. The rooms were very impressive, even though we were in a standard room. I could see from details of the hotel on the tv that there were even more impressive rooms in the hotel if you were inclined to pay more. The rooms were spotlessly clean throughout our stay and the bathroom was spacious and clean. With regard to breakfast, the choice of food on offer was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from a large square where there are many bars and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again when i next visit Vilnius

Great location and wonderful for families!
The hotel is in a great location and it is really well maintained cozy! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The family room was perfect and large enough for our family of five (with three young kids). We will plan on staying here when we travel to Vilnius in the future!

旧市街の入口（暁の門）から入ってすぐで、鉄道駅やバスセンターからも徒歩圏です。部屋は新しく改装したような感じで、シャワーのお湯もすぐに出たので快適でした。朝食もよかった。フロントの方はフレンドリーとは言い難いですがタクシーを依頼すると料金の安い（ユーバーもどき？）を手配してくれたので助かりました。

Very comfortable bed (mattress not super-hard, like many hotels), great location, helpful staff, very good breakfast. Quiet, good wifi. Everything you could ask for.
