The flat can be situated on the first or second floor, and it can accommodate up to three guests. It features a living room with a folding wall bed, a room with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace. Additionally, the apartment provides A/C, WI-FI (limited use), and one unattended outdoor parking space. Guests can enjoy a shared laundry zone and a shared swimming pool.
